Removal of Court Records
PacerDash provides access to some public litigation records from federal courts as a public service. These records, some of which are the law of the land, should be available to all to read. They are not considered to be Personal Information under state consumer privacy acts.
Unless compelled by a valid court order, PacerDash will not fully remove court records that are not under seal. PacerDash has no control over those same documents available from other sources, such as court websites and third-party services. All removals not pursuant to a court order are at our sole discretion.
If you would like to request that a case be removed from the results of the major search engines, please send us a request using the contact page. You must include links to the pages you would like removed, and a detailed description of why you are your making the request. Upon receiving this request, at our sole description, we may block search engines from indexing pages on our site by using the robots HTML meta tag and/or the x-robots-tag HTTP header.
