The Defendants' motion for summary judgment (dkt. no. 179) is GRANTED. Mohr Truck's motion for leave to file its second a mended complaint (dkt. no. 234) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Mohr Truck should file its new complaint--that only adds the price discrimination claim--within seven days of the date of this Entry. Volvo's motion to reconsider (dkt. no. 245) is GRANTED as to Count IV and DENIED as to Count II of Mohr Truck's complaint.
